The Percussion Marketing Council recognizes the innate human connection with rhythmic and percussive activities and believes all people, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or ability, should have access to explore one of the easiest and most basic music-making activities – drumming. The PMC's mission is to increase interest and engagement in drumming and percussion activities by advocating for music education programs, expanding access to percussion instruments, and inspiring music-making opportunities.
